Percy Hill - PEI's Executive Cottage Rates

The house is available for weekly rental only. Special requests with a minimum stay of 3 days are possible, but cannot be made more than 1 month in advance of check-in. Please note: Percy Hill is strictly non-smoking.

Weekly rates:

High season (July, August, Christmas): $1,900 Canadian (plus tax)
Spring and Fall season (May, June, Sept, Oct): $1,200 Canadian (plus tax)
Off season (November-April): $600 Canadian (plus tax)

Check-in:
Check-in is from Saturday evening at 4 PM
Check-out is by Saturday morning by 11 AM.

Your arrival:
Preferably, you will communicate to us your estimated time of arrival so that we can give you a short tour of the house and give you your keys. A cleaning service will be available to you once a week to clean the bathrooms & kitchen and the floors throughout. If you do not wish to get house service or if you wish to get service more than once a week, just let us know.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Your reservation will be held with your credit card. No amount will be charged at the time of your booking . If you cancel less than one month before your date of arrival and we are not able to re-rent the property, 50% of the quoted price will be applied to your credit card.

Other Times Than Summer:
Remember: Percy's is available throughout the year. Celebrate the Holiday season or take advantage of the warm days in Indian summer. The changing of the leaves occurs around the middle of October.
